WDI Termite & Pest Inspection
Official NPMA-33 reports for VA & FHA loans.
Termites and wood-destroying insects cause billions in property damage every year — and Texas is one of the most active termite regions in the country. Don Kincaid is licensed through Pest Inspection Network, Inc. (TPCL#783068) to perform official Wood Destroying Insect inspections and complete the NPMA-33 report your lender requires.
What the WDI Inspection Covers
Don inspects the accessible areas of the home's structure for evidence of wood-destroying insects — including subterranean termites, drywood termites, carpenter ants, and powder post beetles. He checks the exterior perimeter, interior walls, crawlspaces, attics, and any wood-to-ground contact points.
The official NPMA-33 report documents whether there is visible evidence of active infestation, previous infestation, or damage from wood-destroying insects. This report is accepted by VA, FHA, and conventional lenders for loan approval.
Add WDI to Any Inspection — $125
The WDI inspection can be bundled with your home inspection or ordered as a standalone service. It's strongly recommended for any home purchase in Texas, where termite activity is among the highest in the nation.
